Overall I had a great experience securing a loan with VU and the loan officers were extremely helpful and some of the nicest people I’ve ever had the pleasure of talking to. They knew how stressful it was and never put on to much pressure on us. While doing an excellent job of explaining everything to me and how it works. This was awesome as it was my first time ever using a loan for anything and a huge step for my wife and I. We were quite nervous! And didn’t expect at all to be treated this well! I’m so thankful for Amanda and Julia being there for us every step of the way.

Second time using veterans united. Both times have been an overall quick process. Their workers do very well, keep you updated on all steps throughout the process. I've only ever had good things to say about them.
My advice to my fellow Veterans is to be patient and punctual. Make sure that you have researched everything on your end and be ready to provide the documents as soon as possible and all will go well. It's well worth it in the end.
