I will be recommending you guys to others that I know that are Veterans.

It is likely that I will use my VA eligibility to acquire another home in the future and I will unquestionably contact Veterans United again to assist me in that process. I trust Veterans United and I have absolute confidence in their professionalism and expertise.

Veteran homebuyers have a real tried and true resource when it comes to Veterans United and utilizing the opportunities that the VA provides for helping individuals and families to purchase their home.

My Veterans United team was incredibly helpful and accommodating. I'm happy to know that they help people like me frequently, because I know they'll always provide a positive experience for the home buyer(s) involved. Buying a home can be super stressful, but they all helped to make things go as smoothly as possible, no matter what obstacles came up.

I will be using Veterans United for all my future VA home loans, and would recommend to anyone interested in buying a home.

They made everything pretty simple and straightforward for a first time home buyer. Explained anything I needed explained as far as documents, processes, etc. I would recommend for any veteran first time buyer.

I would recommend VU 1000 times over.

Working with our Loan Officer, Logan Kadolph at Veterans United was the smoothest and comfortable experience my husband and I ever had in processing a VA loan to purchase our retirement house in the MidWest. Veterans United gave us access to a Real Estate Agent, Concierge, Loan Coordinator, Lawyer and also the ability to decide where in the United States you which to purchase your home to get you the best Loan Officer in that area. They have licensed Loan Officers anywhere you want to live and if you change your mind to look elsewhere they will automatically switch you to loan officer which is licensed in that State. They have everything available for you and all you have to do is ask and go through the process. My husband and I recommend them highly. Lydia and Dana Rush

The whole process was most frustrating. I had far more difficulty with a veterans mortgage than with any other mortgage organization that I have every worked with.
Response from Veterans United

This was a stress free and efficient process. Clear and concise communication, great follow up, and professional service every step of the way! Highly recommend!

Would recommend Veterans United hands down over any other lender. This is their bread and butter and they are great at what they do.

Experience first-hand why 333,643 homeowners give us a perfect score!

Our experience working with Veterans United through both the initial mortgage process in 2019 and refinance in 2020 was very, very positive!! Our elderly father and former Marine is very happy in his new home thanks to Veterans United. We can't thank you enough!

The process of obtaining the loan and the agent finding us the home that we wanted was really smooth. :)

Veterans United is the best!
Thanks Rick, Brittani...Lily...and Shay!!!

It seems you have a good system. Except for Joel getting impatient and sarcastic with me, and Megan never ever talking to me, everything else was practically smooth sailing. Everyone in your team should understand that a first time buyer might be more challenging than others. We require a lot more explaining, guidance, even pampering. I do it in my job all the time with my customers, when they do not understand what they need. Customer service, as I understand and saw, is the core of your group. If someone's personal issues is going to interfere with giving your guests the best possible service, that person should not be working directly with people.
