I will recommend Veterans United to all my friends. Kendall Haun is excellent and is always available to answer any questions that you may have. Let me add that my friends did a refinance 2 yes ago (not with Veterans United) and it was long and the paperwork was never ending. So if you want a refinance use Veterans United and ask for Kendall, you will not be sorry.

Veterans United was so easy to work with and made the experience seamless especially for a first time homebuyer such as myself. I was so happy with the level of customer service and timeliness and I would work with them again in the future!
I would have given a perfect rating because the whole process was rather smooth. Submitting documents was super easy and there wasn’t a lot of crazy stuff that they requested. Pretty straight forward and simple. However, they really dropped the ball at the end. They failed to resolve one of the underwriters issues, a simple phone verification, and it caused me to close late. I was homeless for a week, because I had to turn in my keys the day after my scheduled closing date. I lost a lot of money having to pay out of pocket for temporary housing for my 5 kids, 3 vehicles, and 2 dogs. I barely had enough to close when the date finally came. (No funds left to furnish my home either. :-( ) Veterans United was very easy to work with and I would work with them again. I know to stay on top of them next time because what they needed was so simple. I just hate that the end was as rough as it was for me and my family
