I’ve used VU twice to buy a house and I’ve worked with Billy Abney and his team both times. They know what they’re doing and how to help you understand the process so that the things that can be most frustrating, aren’t as bad as if you had to figure it out on your own. They’re there to help. All you have to do is ask.
Overall both the loan specialist and the real estate agent made the process very smoothly and almost effortless. Both were very respectful, approachable, and made such a casual environment to talk about buying a house. Their knowledge and passion for their craft is exceptional and I couldn't have asked for a better pair.

I highly recommend you use anyone but Veterans United for your home loan. This was an absolutely awful experience and all of my friends, family, and military brothers/sisters/veterans will be told about this experience. I will recommend anyone but Veterans United to them. My realtor is already advising her clients not to use Veterans United.
