If you want a quick, smooth, and a highly professional refi experience, Veterans United has to be your choice. As a 74-year-old veteran, I have used my VA Home Loan Guarantee many times. I have also refinanced with it 4 times over the years. At the start, it was a very complicated and sometimes frustrating experience that I dreaded. But after finding and using Veterans United everything changed. They were professional, they didn't lose paperwork, always treated you as an important customer and they always tried to help in every way possible. They really seemed to be working to give me the best deal possible. Zach Kiefer is the best home loan specialist I have ever encountered. He does a wonderful job along with his assistant Julie Cute. What a nice name for her because she really is a very nice person with a cute smile, Together they almost make the whole process seem like a bunch of fun. In fact, I can't wait to refinance again. Every time I do I save money and my payment keeps going down.
