I’m not sure there are words to express how AMAZING the loan officers and coordinators were during the whole process. I was in tears of fear in the beginning and Shelby Miller was able to not just calm us as a family but give us confidence and teach us as she helped us buy our first home without one issue. We closed so fast, it was right on 30 days and even had the chance to close early! Ofelia Clements was also a HUGE help and super kind as well. We were waiting for a “but” the whole time and not once did we get one. By far the best feeling buying a house with a team like them on your side.

There was a fair amount of confusion towards closing but overall the process was smooth.
