He did everything he could to ensure our closing was on time, but the final phase left everything up in the air at the last minute and our closing almost didn't take place on the designated day. We were coming in from out of town and this was very stressful for us.

Please use your VA loan. I received a great interest rate on an expensive home. My new mortgage is less than $70 more than my rent-which was about to go up.
