The process to refinance our VA loan (through another financial institution) was so easy. Everything was done digitally with just a few phone calls mixed in. We would also receive emails and texts whenever something needed handled so nothing would get missed or delay anything. The whole process ended up being so much simpler than we had anticipated. We wish we would have just used Veterans United from the start!
Brad and his team were extremely professional and always upfront and honest. I have heard many horror stories over the years about various home buying experiences, however my loan and interactions with veterans united has been the simplest process.
