Dennis did a great job after it was passed to his department. There was a couple forms I needed from the IRS and he detailed directions on what I needed to do to obtain them. I’ve tried to think of something negative to say but it’s impossible. Thank you all so much and I appreciate the opportunity to work with Veterans United. As soon as I accumulate more money through the years I will be back for another house.

Working with Veterans United was great. The team made my home search easier, obtainment of a mortgage (when I found the home I wanted) a much smoother and easier process. The Veterans United folks make the process of getting a home as fun, easy and stream lined as possible. I enjoyed my experience with Veterans United and recommend them to all other Veterans looking to purchase a home.

I would recommended Veterans United to everyone! For me they didn’t make it about business but they all genuinely cared and to provide you the best they can get you. I appreciate the VU team and all they have done for my family.

Mason, Cassie and the entire time were the best part of the home buying experience, which frankly I didn’t expect. People usually say the lending part is the worst. Not with this team! Give them a raise. They deserve it. Thanks for all you did to help us get into our home!

As a second time Veteran United home buyer, I Would recommend them to other Veterans and any one else.

As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions. A LOT of questions. VU was there every step of the way, always making sure to get back to us quickly and answer us thoroughly. Also, the socks were a nice touch!

Veterans United is an excellent partner for Veterans. They make what is typically a very painful process pretty straightforward and doable.

Tim Langdon has been my primary contact at Veterans United. However there have been instances where it was necessary to deal with someone at Veterans United, other than Tim and those other folks were also very helpful, friendly and competent.

There was a discrepancy with another company during this time. "Freedom Mortgage" contacted me around the same time as my refinance was started with Veterans United. They claimed to be working hand in hand with Veterans United and thus, started another refinance causing a lot of confusion. I have halted any work with Freedom at this time.

Pat did amazing and was very attentive and took very good care of us in every way. We will be in contact with him for any other loan needs for sure.

I went with this company because they didn’t have restrictions on how many acres we could get with the house. But if I could have found another company that could offer me the same thing and had to do it over again I would never ever chose this company again.
Response from Veterans United
Abigail, thank you for sharing your feedback letting us know about your experience. While we cannot make up for the experience you had, it is important that delivering excellent communication remains a top priority for our team. A member of our Client Advocate team is contacting you for more information and looking for ways we can improve.

Ashton and Paige were absolutely wonderful. From a transition to civilian life and a new career, to moving halfway across the country, to a worldwide pandemic, to getting furloughed, Ashton and Paige stuck with my family the whole time and helped us obtain our dream home. They explained the normal process to us, and adapted in real time as the world started to go crazy. Without their steadfast support, and Ashton's wonderfully comforting talk-show host voice, this experience would have been a nightmare. I cannot recommend Veteran's United enough, and in the event that we move again, will not hesitate to utilize Veteran's United once again.
