Mr Worthington’s team at Veterans United nailed it. I am a first time buyer and was the sole borrower for my VA loan even though I’m married. In the state of New Mexico (community property state), it’s not exactly a walk in the park to be the only name on the mortgage when you’re married. Brandon’s team worked tirelessly getting me answers to my questions and consulting me on what needed to be done to get me in my home. They also got me the interest rate and mortgage payment that I was comfortable with. I’m very happy with Veterans United and will recommend them to anyone that tells me they are thinking about using their VA loan to buy a home.
My loan officer Kevin was amazing and the loan coordinator was an absolute douche bag. You should fire Michael Hopfer without hesitation. I am 61 years old and Michael Hopfer made me want to become physically violent with him. He, Hopfer, is a disgrace and a black eye to Veterans United. Please give Kevin Reichert a raise and dismiss Hopfer. I wouldn't recommend Michael Hopfer's services to anyone unless they are your mortal enemy. TERMINATE HOPFER, do everyone the favor.

Ben and Mason were great, I actually contacted Ben last year for the purchase of my farm and it fell through. The set back wasn’t on Ben or the lender it was just improvements to the home that couldn’t be made until I owned it to qualify for a VA loan. A year later we reached out to Ben the refinance our traditional mortgage into a VA loan and I couldn’t be happier with the results. He could have felt like his time was waisted after the first loan didn’t work out but instead he put all his efforts into making sure we were able to refinance into a VA loan.

While I encountered a few hiccups during the closing process, Clint and his team were great. I rated the experience a 10 because in the end I was able to close on my property, however I would have liked for Kayla to be a bit more attentive and responsive to the realtor.
