Nice to work with, easier than other Lenders to make changes. I think the biggest difference was the attitude, yes they are loaning me money (thank you!), but they are also making money off of the loan (a lot) and Veterans United treated me like a customer. Another lender’s attitude was bordering on treating me as if I was bothering them for changes to letters.
I was initially very nervous to start the homebuying process, but VU really makes sure you have what you need to make it through the process successfully. Our team was a group of dedicated individuals who were committed to make my wife and I's dream of becoming homeowners a reality. They made it happen! Very professional and truly the best.
