They gave less than average service but continually said “We are the best”. We’ve had numerous home loans and have never had an experience as poor as this one. The last home we bought on VA the seller died as we were getting into the process and the representative handling my loan was far better than veterans United. She kept me informed and covered all snags in advance in lieu of “We need one more thing”.
As a professional I would think you would know all that was required from the beginning instead of “uh oh, something came up”.
My final grip was your company does not care about the people you are assisting with a loan, you only seem to care about how great they think they are.

Extremely helpful from start to finish. I tried other home lenders that informed us that we couldn’t use our va home loan a second time without selling our house first. Misty Ransdell the Concierge provided me extra information with links of service for my move and she also assisted me with my home insurance. Dylan Kelly and Justin Menard are the Loan Specialist who both diligently work with me through the process of home searching and always ready to answer my questions even in a middle of a home tour. Holly Wettlaufer assisted me with the closing process and although there were many dynamics to the process, she made it seem pretty easy, she was on top of every documents and guided me to a smooth closing of my first home process.It's truly a great feeling to finally be a home owner, from the beginning to end this whole team pulled together and made things happen even in the crazy pandemic that we are all going through, even with the way the Housing Market in my area was getting crazy, I was blessed to have Men and Women of Integrity to help me attain my goal.
