Loan specialist didn't find errors BEFORE the paperwork went to review. It took 3.5 extra weeks and a change of closing date 3-4 times. Horrible experience.
The website Porch.com is mostly Broken, the checklist, some movers are located in the East Coast, Virginia. We're on the west coast. The Concierge app/bot/person? is not working very well either because they are trying to add you as a new customer, losing discounts and not transferring your services.

Overall Veterans United did a great job getting us through their services and into our new home. Anyone who is a veteran understands the service time standards of the military and VA. You can expect that as well with Veterans United since they use VA personnel for certain things.
The team made every aspect of home buying simple and easy to understand. They were always there when I needed them and ready to help. The website and interface are easy to use and help keep you on top all the things you need to submit.
