just because you're preapproved doesn't mean it's gonna be smooth sailing, veterans loans use a lot more variables than a conventional loan

We are so pleased with our whole home buying team.
I think that a buyer needs milestones so we can plan and develop expectations. I think this lender has a good process that can be improved upon. As a home buyer you can not assume the home buying process is without a few setbacks! You will need to track all updates and ask questions when you have delays. I would have lost this purchase if I did not take an active role to bring all parties together and communicate our closure requirements!
