Overall the experience working with Veterans United was a pleasant experience. It is wonderful when you do not have to worry about every individual detail, basically they make this process flow. VA United Home Loans have veterans working to take care of current service members. I'm thankful for them alleviating all the stress.
I have used a commercial bank for a VA loan on the past. Issues always cropped up, closing had to be pushed out because they missed some paperwork or something wasn’t filled out properly. Veterans United knows what they’re doing. If we ever have to purchase another home I am definitely using Veterans United.

I want to thank Andrew for encouraging me to reach out to my congressman regarding my Military benefits.I also would like to offer advice when working with widows or someone who has just lost their loved one...... be patient, be kind and gentle and willing to help when they need it. It is stressful and is hard to navigate in life alone yet trying to submit all the correct papers and stay on top of all that is required for a home loan. I wish I had known about Veterans United the last time I bought a home; they simply can't be beat when it comes to a VA loan.
