THE ENTIRE PROCESS WAS GOOD AND IT WAS MY FIRST TIME. THE ONLY ISSUES WERE COMMUNICATION. I THINK MORE OPPORTUNITY TO EXPLAIN WHAT IS GOING ON WOULD BE A GOOD START. ALSO, COMMUNICATION WITH OTHERS INVOLVED IN THE PROCESS SUCH AS THE REAL ESTATE AGENT AND TITLE COMPANY COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER. I REALLY DIDN'T GET INFORMATION UNTIL THE DAY BEFORE WE CLOSED.
Have nothing but praise for this team. I have been in the service industry for many years. I can recognize quality service.These people deliver just that.....quality service!

The team was great, especially Ms. Holly Rae! She was super helpful and very responsive. She really went above and beyond to make sure I closed on time. We ran into a few hiccups with my appraisal and I wish I was updated more on it but overall my experience wit Veterans United was excellent.
Veterans United streamlined the process for a veteran, especially if you have not used your VA loan before or have not used it in years. There was always constant feedback of anything that needed to be done, so you were never out of the loop and you could always check thing out through their website once you created your account.
