Veterans United needs to work on smooth transitions in case anything happens to someone on the loan team. When emergencies happen with a member of the team, there should be someone knowledgeable enough to pick up where they had to step away and continue the process without any hiccups.

A very smooth experience! As a first time home buyer I had heard rhe horror stories of all the paperwork and stress but my process seemed to be stress less. My loan team let me know anytime I needed to submit anything and outside of that handled majority of everything. They would update when new processes or steps arose and overall made the process very smooth.
They talked and walked me through the whole process, a little over a year. They put know pressure on me, meant a lot. I give them 10s across the board. Thanks Guys
