The user interface made it extremely easy to upload docs, sign them, check for updates, and communicate. Not sure how much of this was driven by COVID and the need to be virtual, but it made home buying and the lender process much easier and more efficient.
Mark always made himself available to answer questions or help us write offers with a quick turnaround. Friendly, knowledgable, and very good at his job... makes for a great combination!
