When you look at credit report and you see that the mortgage has been sold several times, DONT wait till 5 days before closing to ask for letters of transfers!! That should be done at the beginning of the process! Just one of the many issues of with your underwriting! Your list is out of order. Please look at the listed items requested and put in a more logical order. Other mortgage companies has a smooth transition thru this list progression!!
