Outstanding job
The whole experience was very positive and I felt confident that everything would go through okay. The MyVeteransUnited website was very helpful. My spouse and I were updated on each of the things that we needed to sign or to do on the website. The loan officer was always there for us. If we needed help or had a question, we were able to find out the answer right away. We were guided through the whole process which made it a very positive experience.

Jon and Shannon are a winning team, they are on top of everthing at all times.Just be totally clear about all your paperwork,then things will go as planned, provide more than they ask for. Do diligence on your property make sure there's nothing about your home that you don't know. Have updated termite inspection completed,it's part of your loan,ask questions all the time. Be prepared and you will have harmonious juroney.
