Tim and his staff were an absolute delight to work with. Professional, timely, informative, personable, and reliable. Tim was there all the way. A special note was after our last inspection of the property (walk-through). The seller left the residence a disaster. Garbage, personal effects, old clothes, and useless items. The home looked like it has not been cleaned for over a decade. The kitchen was disgusting. The seller refused to step up and take care of the issues. My wife was devastated. Tim coordinated with Katie Sattler of Veterans United's Appreciation Team and they went to bat finding us a major cleaning and remediation company to go through the home top to bottom with a 5 person crew. Thanks to Tim & Katie's incredible and unexpected efforts to secure that team, we were able to move into our new clean, sanitized, and scrubbed home. As a disabled vet working with that team was a blessing. Rare, very rare to find these kind of companies and employees these days. An "old school" attitude, approach, and respect for the client/service provider relationship. Outstanding and most highly recommended!
