Shane and his team were amazing. From the beginning of the process they were with us. Any questions we had always got answered quickly and we never got treated with disrespect when a crazy question was asked. We always knew what was going on and when it came to closing we truly appreciated them sending the list of utility companies to call and finding the best price for home owners insurance. Working with Veterans United was a great choice as they really help reduce a lot of stress from buying a home.
Everyone working with us on this journey has been amazing. The concierge was always in contact, mrs. Summerford was constantly checking in and everyone was so helpful. I don’t know what other companies are out there that do this, but veterans United has been so amazing to us and we’re extremely thankful for their help.
