Overall not a terrible experience. I could have gotten a better loan interest rate at another company. The paperwork was easy being all online but there was too many people working on the paper work and mixing things up. Most likely will not use in the future.

Before speaking with Veterans United I was speaking with some local lenders and they didn’t ask questions like for example about VA disability payments and how they can be used to your advantage in a VA loan and didn’t seem very knowledgeable. Also what really got me was the package I received with some information on buying as a veteran and a pair of USMC socks and loved that!
