This made my process smoother and I was able to keep mostly calm. They didnt push the envelope nor try to get me to go over my comfortable amount. Overall it was a good experiment the loan officers were kinda all over the place when it came to providing information and things you would need. We even asked if we needed certain things way ahead of time and were told no you don’t need it and came down to the last few days and then they asked for the same documents we offered in the first place.
