I didnt have the greatest credit after waiting for VA claims for 13 yrs, but we started working on it in September of 2022 and by December of 2022 we were ready to purchase. We found and closed on perfect house in March of 2023

Dylan and Nico were exceptional through the whole process. They never promised or said anything that could not be done. They were always transparent and full of information from the beginning to the end. Very responsive and immediately available 7 days a week, and that is unheard of. I will recommend them to anyone who asks me.
