I was so fearful when starting the process to buy a home. I was afraid of being disappointed with being turned down. All of my fears were put to rest after the first call from Veterans United. Charles McKee, my loan guy, was amazing right from the start. I was going through some very difficult times and my experience with him and Veteran's United was the only light at the time. I was soon to be divorced and didn't know how go about buying a house, let alone get a loan. Charles is warm, considerate, soft spoken, and elite at what he does. He truly cared about me and still checks in occasionally. Veterans United was excellent. We were taken care of from the moment we thought we wanted to move and buy a new house. They helped us understand how much was available for our new home. They helped with real estate agents, assisted with finding insurance, utilities, step by step "to do" lists, helped with everything. We never felt alone, they were only a call away. Our calls were always answered. Mason Fast was amazing through the entire experience.
