Where other loan officers were evasive or unresponsive, Tim and his team were prompt, clear, and consistent every step of the way.He was extremely patient, took the time to explain everything in detail, and never hesitated to answer my many (many!) questions. I truly felt supported and confident knowing they were in my corner.Even when other loan companies offered more money, they simply could not deliver the same level of service or close the file. Tim and his team were solution-oriented, and got the job done efficiently.And to top it off—they closed my file in just two weeks!I am beyond grateful for their service and highly recommend Tim and his team to anyone looking for a responsive, knowledgeable, and results-driven lender.
I want to personally thank Dustin Johnson for everything he did during my home buying process. Rotation was quick to respond to any questions I had. He was patient while walking me through every step of the process to ensure I not only understood what needed to be done, but also explained the importance and reasoning behind every step. If it wasn’t for Dustin, I would have been completely lost during my home buying process. Dustin was able to take so much weight and stress off of my shoulders. If it wasn’t for him working tirelessly, my family and I wouldn’t have been able to have a home to move into after starting the process and closing on a home 3 weeks later.
Working with Veterans United has been an absolute pleasure. Normally, the home loan and home buying process is complicated, confusing, and overwhelming- especially when buying a home from across the country. I would recommend, There is only 1 issue. it is my understanding the HELOC could have been kept open by filling a form. we where unaware that the HELOC would close, we didnt want it to close. We will work this out with that company. However all things considered, the speed and everything , Nicole was great and I would highly recomend.
Our VU team is exceptional, I felt that they want us to really win. Especially Spencer and Mackenzie who worked and walked us through the whole process. Team work makes the dream work indeed! I am grateful to them for helping us make our dream came true. Now, my little family and I will be making more beautiful memories in our first home!
