I know this review isn’t specifically about him, but he played a major role in making the entire loan process go as smoothly as it did.Throughout everything, Justin was consistently responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I was going through a big transition getting out of the military while buying a home, and he made sure I always had a clear understanding of what was going on. Anytime I had questions, he took the time to break things down in a way that was straightforward and easy to follow.What stood out most to me was the level of effort he put in. It never felt like I was just another loan — he genuinely cared about helping me make the best decisions and put me in a good position. He went above and beyond more than once, and that kind of support makes a big difference during a process like this.I’m very thankful for everything Justin did to help me through it. I’d highly recommend him to anyone going through the home loan process.
