I've experienced both the initial homebuying and refinancing process with Veterans United. I have absolutely no horror stories to relay about this experience. It was as smooth as it could possibly-be. If this isn't my last home then they can definitely expect me as a repeat customer.
Veterans United made the loan process very easy for us. The applicant portal was user friendly and enabled us to track our tasks. In addition, Chris would advise us via email when we had a new task to complete.
The veterans United team crushed it for me and my family. They went above and beyond recommending a conventional loan over a VA loan based on my circumstances and they beat the rate of my go to credit union. Even more, I called the VU team late in the game and they came through with the loan in under 30 days! True professionals that I would use again and recommend to all my veteran friends.
