Very professional,yet almost like family quality to them. They acted fast when first house fell through due to seller problem and when we found my dream home,they were excited for me and my husband. Delt with our realtor in a very quick time when he had questions or needed something from them. Great people.
It took 3 months to close and 2 days before we closed they requested I pay over a thousand dollars which I had no idea about before when I complained that I should have been told before Devon offered to cancel the money requested by them.

I was able to buy a house while working a travel job with minimal stress. I refinanced the house without lifting a finger during a global pandemic and for better or for worse, came out on top.
Seems like underwriting always needed one more document or one more thing to accomplish and it dragged the process out too long. I would rather just have the long list provided at the start so we could complete it quickly.Not sure of the truth, but we heard that conventional funding is much quicker than VA and a seller may opt to go with a conventional buyer over a VA buyer. If this is true, you must figure out a way to make VA funding quicker.
Seamless process, with the electronic submissions you’re always aware where in the process you are and what you need to submit or complete to keep things moving. Easiest mortgage process I’ve had.

Being an 'ol timer," and used to one military related major banking/financial institute for over 20 years handling everything associated with purchasing and selling a house, it was difficult for me to put my trust with Ms. Tolster and her team.
