Due to circumstances with the covid 19 and many offices being shut down, and my unusual need for replacement documents from the VA, the whole situation was more lengthy and difficult. However, despite all of that they were very, very helpful and supportive through every single difficult step. I simply could not be more thankful and grateful for such wonderful people to work with.

I’ve had other VA loans in the past but Veterans United was by far the best. Lowest rates, easiest to navigate through the process, and the best customer service hands down! My home loan specialist was excellent and always available/keeping the process moving. Ask for Sarah Suaro. The loan process was painless and by closing everything was a breeze.

Veterans United provided great service. This was my first experience in using my VA loan eligibility and they guided it well.
