It was an over all easy process considering you are buying a house.
Had I know Chris existed when I started my first home buying adventure I would have saved months as well as a lot of disappointment. He was very knowledgeable, so easy to work with and contact. He knocked it out of the park!
This was a very stressful experience where I feel like I aged 3 years in 1 year. I VERY disappointed with the whole experience. I will say Trevor Damer did pretty good until other people got envolved like Jennifer and ruined/messed up the appraisal process costing my overall several thousand dollars more for my house. Im glad this is finally over with yall and Ill never use your overrated, over hyped services again.
Shana Jo, the Realtor who helped us sell our home was simply the best realtor I have ever worked with.
I would recommend that Madi go through more training or be put into a position where time sensitivity isn’t a major factor. Due to her horrible professionalism, i wouldn’t recommend it to anyone to go through what i went through.

The underwriting process was absolutely unacceptable- but for Mystle and Casey working as hard as they did I would never have recommended veterans United because of how awful the underwriting process has been. However, it was very clear that Casey was working very hard to get our loan through the hoops and Mystle was very responsive to our inquiries and complaints.
Veterans United was an awesome experience in the purchase of my home.
