Overall, really good experience. The share portal was excellent and easy to use. One thing to improve are loan estimates. Forecast as accurately as possible how much closing costs will be. I understand the many variables involved in determining closing costs. But forecasting and anticipating closing costs based off historical averages with similar loans helps prevent surprises or unexpected increases in closing costs the last week. Great experience, will use Veterans United again and refer friends, family, and acquaintances who are looking to buy a home or refinance.
