Veteran’s United was great at the beginning of processing our loan. I consider them the experts. My wife and I were not pleased with the communication on submitting different forms that go along with buying a house. For example closing cost, APR, as well as other complex issues to buying a home. Many of these things we had to research on our own. The lesson we learned from this experience is to ask as many questions as you can and never assume anything when purchasing a home. Do your homework.
