I've never used my VA loan so I was not familiar of how using my VA loan would work. My sister referred me to Veterans United and told me that I will not be sorry if I were to call them and to give them a shot. So I did. From the moment I reached out to Veterans United, I knew I contacted the right venue. I explained to the loan officer my situation and informed her that I would need someone to hold my hand throughout the whole process and boy, did she ever. The loan officer at Veterans United was incredible. She was always accessible to answer any questions I had. You could tell she was very knowledgeable in her craft. I always felt reassured after speaking with the loan officer if I could proceed with an offer or not. I'm so happy my sister insisted I give them a call. This was a call I will never regret in making. Thank you Veterans United for having very knowledgeable people working with veterans. I would not hesitate in calling Veterans United if I were to need them again in the future.
