I have had a great experience working with Veterans United. John, my loan officer, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, as well as easy to communicate with and get along with. Patience goes a long way when working with clients who haven't bought a house before (like myself) and he was always patient and understanding when answering my questions. The loan process was easy to follow and I always got updates as soon as there was anything to be updated on. I highly recommend utilizing Veterans United!
I recommend to use these guys. I went through multiple groups and they all fell through and were super unreliable besides Mitch’s team. They made the process super smooth and they helped me all the way from finding the best realtor I’ve ever met to making sure things went smoothly for closing day. This is the second time I’ve bought a house through them and will always stay loyal to them. Great experience.

Erica, Sarah, and the whole team at VU were incredible throughout the home buying process. As a first time home buyer I was full of questions, and the VU team knew exactly how to answer them (or who to reach out to to get them answered). I can't recommend VU enough!
Second time working with VU and Dava. Reached out to us regarding a lower rate. Have been inundated with other offers some showing a lower rate, some with the same. But Dava has our trust and has always been available for anything we needed so we decided to go with her. You never know what your getting when you go with an unknown company. Overall happ and glad we went with VU and Dava.
