As first time home buyers the entire process was new to us, but the Veterans United Home Loan team worked closely with us was very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure that we understood what was goin on and how best to proceed. We appreciate the great customer service and genuine interest in our first time home buying experience going well. We now have a great new home and know that we had the best team.

I've been out of the Army for 6 years now (Army Infantry) with a 2 deployments to some rough spots in Afghanistan and some interesting experiences. Transition to the civilian sector in many ways has been a rollercoaster ride, and sometimes it still is. But, from the moment I applied to see if I was eligible for a home loan to now (post-closing) has been nothing less than great. Although I had to jump through hoops and put some work into building my credit, I had Kinsey keeping constant communication with me (8-10 months). Keeping tabs and motivating me to push forward. Once I reached the credit score, James and his loan team were nothing less than stellar (that goes from attitude to job performance in my eyes). Even when I doubted myself and didn't think it would be possible, he was extremely assuring and even that bit helped with my confidence. Veterans united is probably the best company I've ever dealt with across all boards. Words cannot solely describe what they do for people. Thank you!!

Great experience great service!

We have already shared our remarkable experience with our close military friends. Our experience was outstanding.

Everyone was so helpful and quick to respond. Thank you so much for making the process easy and less stressful.

I highly recommend using Veterans United for your next home purchase! From start to finish, they made the process very simple and easy to understand. They paired us up with an incredible real estate agent who was instrumental in us finding and eventually closing on the house. I had no idea what to expect, as this was mine and my wife’s first home purchase together, however they went above and beyond to make sure we finally got to the finish line of closing. We will for sure use Veterans United again in the future.

Thank u veterans United for everything really appreciate it.

Veterans United walked me through the process of finding and purchasing a home quickly. They provided everything needed to include an agent and insurance. The entire process was easy and stress free.

Everyone went well above and beyond my expectations, and best of all made everything work the way we had requested!

CAM AND HIS TEAM ARE THE VERY BEST AT WHAT THEY DO. HE TOOK THE LEAD IN EVERY STEP OF THE RE-FI. THIS IS MY SECOND CLOSING WITH CAM. I KNOW THAT THERE IS NO OTHER PERSON I WANT TO DEAL WITH WHEN IT COMES TO ANY HOME LOAN ISSUES. YOU GUYS ARE THE VERY BEST. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

I think veterans United has a very simple process that was really thought out. I loved how I could submit everything electronically and the instructions were very easy to understand. But I think the loan officers are relying on the simplified process a little too much. It about 90% of the process is easy because everything is done online but that 10% where the loan specialist or loan officer has to get involved was not so good. Not sure if it was because we were in different time zones or because I was buying a home at a distance but I wish the closing part of the process would have gone a lot better. There were unreliable people being hired that didn’t communicate, information I was supposed to know wasn’t being communicated, documents I needed to provide wasn't being communicated, my package wasn’t reviewed, and the signing of the closing documents needs to be simplified more. When I got sent the documents via mail I didn’t really know where to sign, I was guessing, how to sign the document using a POA instructions should be the very first page of the closing package not page 50. Overall the buying process was very easy, just the closing portion was when I was getting really frustrated with everyone involved. I would recommend to my friends and family.
