I honestly do not have the words for how much I appreciate our Veteran’s United Team. This was our first home buying experience and many of our friends cringed when they heard we were using VU. However, I never doubted the team for a single minute. From the text chat, emails, and phone calls, we never felt ignored or that we couldn’t ask questions. Our team with with us every step of the way and answered every question quickly and fully, even the dumb ones or the ones I asked a dozen times. Everyone was knowledgeable, friendly, and supportive through the entire process. We are in our new home in record time and I am already thinking about who I can recommend my loan team to specifically, already with one family in mind who plan to start this process later this year.Thank you guys so much.
