I want to personally thank Dustin Johnson for everything he did during my home buying process. Rotation was quick to respond to any questions I had. He was patient while walking me through every step of the process to ensure I not only understood what needed to be done, but also explained the importance and reasoning behind every step. If it wasn’t for Dustin, I would have been completely lost during my home buying process. Dustin was able to take so much weight and stress off of my shoulders. If it wasn’t for him working tirelessly, my family and I wouldn’t have been able to have a home to move into after starting the process and closing on a home 3 weeks later.
This was my second time buying a home with veterans United, I will for sure go through them again and hope I have the same team helping me.The process they have set up is organized ,user friendly , and professional. The team I that helped me purchase was great and worked well together. When the team works well together it’s easy for others to see that and want to work with them as well. Heidi, Annie, and the rest of the team were outstanding. As a vet and first time buyer this experience was a little nerve racking but they helped me every step of the way
I like how the process works especially for first time home buyers. Kenny and his team are amazing at their work and able to communicate back and forth with me. From the time of submitting all the necessary paperwork 'til the end, it was a lot to work with. Everything was a smooth sail, but the underwriting process needed to be at least 2 weeks prior to the closing date. I was working with at least a week, starting from the weekend, but was notified to submit extra paperwork such as a name issue that was a letter off. That took about a few days to complete, but requesting for an expedite process took some time. I didn't get a free to close until the day before my closing date. That was stressful because I had multiple plans and took Leave for my closing date. However, we are overall happy that we were able to complete the entire process on time!
I already told my sister about Veterans United. I would recommend you guys to any Veteran I meet. My wife loved you guys and your team was awesome and helpful with every step. We were never left in the dark about anything.100% you guys are truly amazing

Very helpful throughout the entire process. Their app made doing all of the required paperwork very fast and easy. They communicated effectively and were always willing to explain anything I had questions about.
