It is some difficult to change Vesting on Title of Deed of Trust for them. I wish they recognize the importance of the Vesting Status.
For young first time home buyers entering the markets right now is a little scary with all the uncertainty. My loan team made the process seamless and they took the time to explain everything to us throughly in terms that were easy to understand.
