I was very upset with the last minute "requirements" that were placed on us. Title essentially required me to route paper work through my COC to verify that it doesn't cost me money to live on the ship while my family lives in FL. Essentially putting into question my word, and my ability to pay. I litterally have one of the highest credit scores and I'm still being questioned and having to jump through hoops for a loan. As a whole I was pretty disappointed with my service and felt taken advantage of. To this day I still don't understand why the costs at closing couldn't have been rolled into the loan. I guess it doesn't matter now just frustrated because I have to wait longer to give my faimly the things we want in our house.
Response from Veterans United
Jacob, the home buying process can become stressful when working to gather the required documentation. Thank you for sharing your open and honest feedback. Licensed Underwriters comply with regulations to ensure loans are properly documented, and we work to make that process as easy as possible. Although we can not be responsible for the actions of thrid party companies such as the title company, we do share that stress with you. Please reach out to us if you would like to discuss your experience further

As stated above Ryan was good to work with. Our one issue was that " our to do " list seemed to just keep growing. We would have preferred a complete listing of the necessary information at the outset with clarifications as needed.

Thank you for making this home purchase possible.

Veterans United made our home buying experience seamless. I highly recommend using their services.

Veterans United made buying a home such a smooth process from providing a knowledgeable realtor to the user-friendly account/portal to the always professional team readily available to assist and so much more. Veterans United made a generally stressful experience much more easy and enjoyable.

The only issue I had was there was some down time between appraisal ordered and an update. About 8 days with no information. I understand this could have been because of thanksgiving being in the middle of this but it was still kinda nerve wrecking waiting that long at the start of underwriting with no info. Other then that the entire team was professional efficient and had great communication with me through out the entire process.

Will be doing more business with Veterans United!

I would highly recommend Veterans United to anyone. Keep up the great work!!! RLTW

FIVE STAR SERVICE!!!

Veterans United made our home buying process quick and easy. Being first time home buyers we had a lot of questions which they answered quickly and in terms we could understand. 10/10 will recommend to our friends in the military community!

I highly recommend Veterans United. They really take care of the Veterans and look after the process that suits best for the veteran. They closed our loan on time even during obstacles we ran into with our appraisal.
