The online checklist and dashboard information for my loan was great! I really appreciate being able to view my account status and the checklist to know how everything was being processed. The team was great! The only issue that we had may or may not have been avoided by staff, my realtor or myself. Overall the process was much better than any previous home loan I have applied for.
