I hope that Veterans United will truly consider servicing my loan and not send it out for servicing. Also mail my statement early in the month so that I get it before the first of the following month to send my payment. So long as DeJoy has his job, the mail will continue to suffer.

This process started very well and optimistic with Rachel. Once Julia came in the picture things started to go downhill. No communication or help... Specially from Margaret who was supposed to help me with moving in smoothly and setting up in my home. I only spoke to her once at the beginning and never heard from her again. I had to reach out after my closing date was delayed since I never got the assistance she promised or any sort of help for the matter. Very disappointed with them. Only people that really helped me was Anna, my realtor and Rachel.
