The Veterans United IRRRL is outstanding with one exception... Transparency. They will not provide a draft closing disclosure until just before closing. This makes it very difficult to compare closing costs with other loaners and more importantly determine APR vs rate. I wanted to pay closing cost out of pocket and it was very frustrating to be not be able to pen down this number. Transparency is king and with this one change, I would rate them a 10 out of 10 stars. There were no hidden costs and all else was seamless.
The entire team was amazing. I truely did nothing, they handle everything for me and made the process stress free in every way.
