I was nervous about going through the home buying process online. I had read some of the reviews and put myself in somewhat of a panic. Jeremy and Kathleen were an awesome team to work with. They crushed any fears about the homeowning process being a nightmare. I can only hope that anyone else has such a smooth transition as I did.
Veterans United has a very smooth, easy to follow process for getting you to closing day. They are usually quick to respond and easy to work with. The only improvement I would like to see would be finishing final loan disclosures and finalizing the settlement with Title well ahead of closing day.
