I can’t stress enough how awful was my issue handle. They don’t understand the stress or legal issues they almost exposed me. This should have never happened to anybody. I hope I can get a feedback or a simple apology for this incident. I really want to refinance my older house but I need to know if I can get another loan specialist

Chris and Heather were really easy to work with. we set up an account on the ole inner web,for me that was the hardest part of the process. I'm just a old fellow with a computer. They worked with me and once i had the account the rest was a breeze,checked the account at least twice a day any forms needed just scan and send the forms requested .Looking back it was really easy. And thank the team for making it easy and taking time to work with me and talk me thru the computer scanning .. again THANK YOU GUY AND GALS ..AT VETERANS UNITED HOME LOANS..
