The team's performance was outstanding, particularly Hank's. He successfully navigated the complexities of my inclusion, ensuring all tasks were completed and I was kept informed. The sole difficulty arose with the title company regarding their unfamiliarity with some acronyms. Nevertheless, the overall service provided by your team was excellent.
