The staff at Veterans United was incredibly responsive, patient, and even proactive in helping my wife and I navigate this process, especially making sure to help educate us throughout the process.Our loan officer David spent tons of time on multiple calls, texts, and emails answering our questions and helping to provide us with enough information to make the right decisions as we navigated finding a home, placing an offer, and closing.They also helped connect us with a local real estate agent that specialized both in first-time home buyers, as well as VA loan applicants, which really went a long way to help make sure our offers were competitive and well-understood by the seller.I would definitely recommend Veterans United to any veteran looking to make a home purchase with their VA loan. We’ve all been through things that we would’ve rather not have experienced. With VU, buying a house won’t be one of those times. My loan specialist talked me down when I was freaking out, she answered all my questions, and stayed in contact with me even though we were going through this COVID 19 crises. Having to work from home and everything that goes along with it, she deserves a medal. I never thought I could own a house like this.
