Additional comments, there was a while, around the holidays so it's a little understandable, that we didn't hear anything about our loan process, where it was at, and what or when the next step would be. We appreciate open communication and not being left in the dark, wondering. There was also an issue we had with a refund to us that we were never told about and happened to stumble upon by accident while we were looking at loan paperwork online. Other than those two items it was an overall great experience.
We also appreciated working with Jessica Crop, who helped us lower & better our home owners and car insurance rate. We would highly recommend your organization.
