This is a very difficult process a lot of problems that should not have been most of it bureaucratic nonsense in the VA I will never use the VA home loan again the inspector was completely incompetent didn't want to do his job ask for things that were completely irrelevant and miss things that were important

Appraisal process took longer than I thought, was hoping to be in new house early April and not have to pay a full months rent for the house I moved out of, but that didn’t quite work out. Still happy with everything else though
