Lynn Heather should get credit for this loan because she was the one who ACTUALLY responded to my emails or telephone calls. She was always courteous and friendly when we spoke. She knew how stressed out I had become because Zach didn't return my calls or emails that she would contact me once the end of the week came around to update me so I wouldn't be worrying over the weekend.
