I personally would have liked being presented with all of the options available for the VA funding fee. It would have been nice to have an email with options showing the funding fee rolled into our loan,
Option B with paying 5% and any other options that may be available. I know most will choose the fee being rolled into the loan but, seeing that there are other options just allows for a buyer to be informed.
I am very pleased with my experience.

My VU teams were great to work with and helped make the process easier where they could. The only hiccups were towards the end when different members had personal problems arise that made communication harder, but the experience was still a largely positive one. VU does a good job in taking care of their customers.
Don’t think twice! Veterans United truly handles everything for you and it has been an amazing experience. I thought it would be more stressful and it was the complete opposite.
