Mr. David Kitchen was our loan specialist from the VA. He is awesome, on point, and the best loan specialist. Even though he was sick he still did his best to help us over the phone. He explain everything in details with us. Layout everything where we understand as we are first time home buyer. He is honest, helpful, very patient, knowledgeable, and great people. I would go to him in a blink of an eye. We had a great time with him throughout our journey from the very beginning to closing. He follow up and made sure we understand what we are signing for. Excellent customer service and his team! I would recommend him, his team, and the VA :)
The process was smooth and simple. We were updated and reminded for the entire duration of what was being done and needed to be done. Anything we didn't understand was explained to us until we fully comprehended, which we thoroughly appreciated being first time home owners. Our loan specialist Mrs. Casteel was amazing and couldn't have been more helpful. Towards the end we started to realize having the VU meant having the support you want in your corner.
