Eric was so great! He got back to me quickly and was able to answer all my questions. He always reassured me when I would get confused. And he was very professional and knowledgeable. Only bad thing I can say (not about Eric) is that the updater app gave me a lot of false information. I called the internet companies they said I could use and none of them covered my area. And the people you talk to on the phone are very hard to understand and they don’t understand what I’m saying. Nor do they know what they’re doing so I just didn’t use it at all which is fine. But I wish I hadn’t wasted my time trying to work with updater.
