




This went from a purchase of a family house that's been in the family since 1947 to a Home Equity after my father passed very suddenly. Chris and team did a fantastic job helping me and being patient dealing with multiple states as we switched things around. I highly recommend Chris and team to anyone that will listen.


If you want to close on a home stress-free, this is not the company to go through. We were jumping through hoops the entire way. Promised to close earlier than original date and thay didn't happen. Issues with paperwork and communication the whole way through. Look for a different va lender this group is not worth the hassle.

Create a folder for areas with everything that is required such as inspections, even if you don’t have to do them, it’s better to have them on a list then to get half way through the process and get blindsided by them , other then that I had a great experience, they worked there butts off to get this loan closed early which I am forever greatful for
