Every step of the buying process last year and Refinance this year was flawless. Aaron Brooks is great. Being an Army veteran I feel that I was cared for with the highest degree of respect. That means a lot to me.
I was told that I should use another service like Navy Fed or USAA, but I just had a feeling after putting my initial info into the Veterans United portal.Everything felt right, and the people were very responsive and helpful.I never looked back, and will 100% use VU for my next purchase.I’ve heard plenty of horror stories about buying a home over the years, but these guys did all the leg work for me except for actually viewing the home - and even then they linked me up with an agent that took the videos for us to view virtually.Absolutely the best large purchasing experience I’ve ever had. My only regret is not buying a home sooner and renting well into my 30s.
